Our Chili Trilogy extra virgin olive oil gives this fresh basil pesto a flavoursome bite.  


  • 40 g fresh basil
  • 20 g fresh coriander
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 50g cashew nuts
  • 2 Tbsp Liviana Chili Trilogy extra virgin olive oil
  • 30 mL lime juice

Basil pesto with a spicy Asian flair. The cashew nuts can be replaced with pine nuts or almonds if you prefer. 

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Place all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until everything is blended but not smooth.

Step 2

Serve with your favourite pasta or keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days
