Our Chili Trilogy extra virgin olive oil gives this recipe a fiery flavour that is beautifully complemented by the fresh herbs.
- 200 mL Liviana Chilli Trilogy extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
1 cup fresh parsley with stems
1 cup fresh coriander with stems
½ cup fresh mint leaves
1 large lemon zested
60 mL freshly squeezed lemon juice
A pinch Himalayan pink sea salt
This sauce is a real crowd pleaser at any dinner party. It pairs well with almost anything from red meats to roast potatoes.
Step by Step Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Process/blend until the herbs are finely chopped and all the ingredients have come together to form a sauce, about 1 minute.
Serve immediately or store in an air-tight container for up to 7 days.
