Our Estate Select extra virgin olive oil gives these popsicles a smooth silky texture.
6 Tbsp brown sugar
400 ml (1 tin) coconut milk
3 sprigs fresh rosemary
2 Tbsp Liviana Estate Select extra virgin olive oil
80 mL cocoa powder
1 medium orange, freshly squeezed
A pinch of Himalayan pink sea salt
Indulge in these popsicles with zero guilt, knowing they are made from superfood ingredients like cocoa and extra virgin olive oil. They will quickly become your new obsession.
Step by Step Instructions
In a saucepan heat the brown sugar and coconut milk together with the fresh rosemary.
Remove the milk from the heat after the sugar has dissolved and the milk is foamy. Then, remove the rosemary sprigs from the milk.
Add the milk to a blender and add the olive oil, cocoa, orange juice and salt. Blend together until the mixture is all incorporated and smooth.
Pour into a popsicle mould and freeze for 4 hours.
