Our Estate Select extra virgin olive oil gives this recipe a beautiful creamy texture.
- 200 g baby spinach
- 2 Tbsp Liviana Estate Select extra virgin olive oil
- 200 g tinned chickpeas
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp tahini
- 60 mL freshly squeezed lemon juice
- A pinch Himalayan pink sea
- A sprinkle ground paprika lt
This creamy spinach hummus is super nutritious and versatile, making it the perfect way to sneak in all the goodness of leafy greens. Enjoy it smeared on a fresh loaf of rye bread or as dip for your freshly cut up vegetables.
Step by Step Instructions
Place all the ingredients except the paprika into a food processor.
Process for 1-2 minutes until you have a smooth, creamy texture.
Pour into a serving bowl and sprinkle with ground paprika.
Serve immediately or store in an air-tight container for up to 4 days.
