Our Eureka Lemon extra virgin olive oil gives this recipe a vibrant citrus flavour.
- 200 mL Liviana Eureka Lemon extra virgin olive oil
- 60 mL of white wine vinegar/ apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp honey
- A pinch Himalayan pink sea salt
A staple salad dressing for all households. Drizzle this vinaigrette over your salads to add a sweet tangy flavour.
Step by Step Instructions
Mix all the ingredients together in a glass jar and shake well until all the ingredients have combined.
Store in the fridge for up to 30 days.
