- 1 red bell pepper, julienned
- 1 yellow/orange bell pepper, julienned
- 1 large tomato, cut into wedges
- 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 tbsp Liviana Chilli Trilogy Extra Virgin Olive Oil
