Liviana/Medspresso Fine Dining Competition

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “The Promoter” refers to “Liviana Olive Oil/Medspresso” whose Instagram handle is @liviana.oliveoil/Medspresso. The “Prize” refers to “A minimum spend of R500 or more” on the websites.

By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by *13/05/2022*. One winner in The Republic of South Africa (RSA) will be selected at random by Liviana/Medspresso on *13/05/2022* and the winner will be notified on or 24 hours after this date.

Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.

Employees of Liviana Olive Oil/Medspresso are not eligible to enter.

Instagram or Facebook is not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.

Multiple entries per person are acceptable.

Liviana/Medspresso will not be held liable for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise invalid.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Liviana/Medspresso shall not be liable in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition, or any prize for any indirect, special, or consequential cost, expense, loss, or damage suffered by a participant arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.

Where a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal value.

The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the prize.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control, Liviana/Medspresso reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part.

The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the Liviana/Medspresso social media profiles after the winner has been selected.

Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to LivianaTM. LivianaTM offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Our store is hosted on Woocommerce.org. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

  1. Delivery policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 7-14 working days, and delivery confirmed by way of booking and tracking number through email via our courier partners Fastway Couriers.

  1. Return and Refunds policy

The provision of goods and services by M2Bio Sciences Food and Beverages (Pty) Ltd. trading as LivianaTM is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, M2Bio Sciences Food and Beverages (Pty) Ltd. trading as LivianaTM will refund the

client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 7% administration fee. We’re committed to selling high-quality products. But we appreciate that sometimes you might want to exchange or return something you’ve bought if the product has not arrived as expected.

Make sure you check your items carefully for any signs of damage or the date to the tamper seals before they’re used. It’s a good idea to keep your receipt or order number as you might need them as proof of purchase.

Do not return the goods, send a photo of the problem or breakage for a replacement to be sent as soon as the problem is certified. If there is any problem with the quality, we may ask you to return it by post at our cost.

If you have had the product for more than three months, then contact us to discuss what we can do.

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
