Our Liviana Chili Trilogy extra virgin olive oil gives these crackers a bite that brings the flavours to life and spices up your snack platter.
- 1 ½ cups cake flour
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp pink Himalayan sea salt
- 1 Tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tsp raw honey
- 1 ½ Tbsp Liviana Chili Trilogy extra virgin olive oil
- ½ cup water
These crackers are great for any snack platter, serve them with a hummus, a selection of cheeses or enjoy them as is.
Step by Step Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200℃. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Combine the flour, cheese, salt, and thyme in a mixing bowl.
Stir in the honey, Liviana Chili Trilogy extra virgin olive oil, and water until fully combined.
Flour your work surface and roll out the dough until it is about a cm thick.
Trim the edges to make the thickness even.
Cut the dough into evenly sized squares.
Use a fork to prick each square.
Place the baking paper onto the lined baking sheet and bake in the oven until the crackers are a golden colour, about 15 minutes.
