Our all natural Black Garlic is a fresh garlic from the West Coast of South Africa, that has been fermented in small batches and added into our Eureka Lemon extra virgin olive oil, which has been infused with Eureka lemons. The fermentation process imparts a rich and complex flavour profile, culminating in a harmonious blend of sweetness and saltiness.
