Baked Brie with Roasted Grapes and Rosemary

Ingredients

Method

  1. Place the brie into the serving dish and score lightly with the tip of a knife.
  2. Place the grapes and rosemary on top of the brie.
  3. Drizzle with the balsamic glaze and Liviana® Estate Select Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake at 200°C an airfryer for 7 minutes or oven for 10 minutes until the melted cheese starts oozing. 
  6. Serve with some seed crackers.
