Baked Brie with Roasted Grapes and Rosemary
Need to impress some friends with a appetising snack? Making something appealing, nutrient-dense, decadent and satisfying can be as easy as 1, 2, 3. You can never go wrong with any version of melted cheese, and some extra added goodness from Liviana® Estate Select Extra Virgin Olive Oil and fresh fruit.
Ingredients
- 1 triangle whole brie
- 1 cup red grapes
- 1 tsp balsamic glaze
- 3 fresh rosemary sprigs
- 1 tbsp Liviana® Estate Select Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ½ tsp black sesame seeds (optional)
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Place the brie into the serving dish and score lightly with the tip of a knife.
- Place the grapes and rosemary on top of the brie.
- Drizzle with the balsamic glaze and Liviana® Estate Select Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake at 200°C an airfryer for 7 minutes or oven for 10 minutes until the melted cheese starts oozing.
- Serve with some seed crackers.
