  • 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 2 tbsp Liviana® Extra Virgin Olive Oil 
  • 1 lemon
  • 5 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 8 cloves Liviana® Black Garlic
  • 2 tsp Liviana® Chilli Honey
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Add the Brussels sprouts and Liviana® Extra Virgin Olive Oil to a pan over a high heat. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the Brussels sprouts have charred slightly, then turn down the heat. 
  2. Add the thyme, lemon juice and season. 
  3. Cook covered for 3-5 minutes until the Brussels sprouts turn soft. 
  4. Soften the Liviana® Black Garlic by pressing it flat in a small bowl with a knife. Add the Liviana® Chilli Honey and combine roughly. 
  5. Add the mixture to the Brussels sprouts with 2 tablespoons of water. Stir until the black garlic is evenly distributed over a low heat. 
  6. Serve with some lemon wedges and enjoy!
