4 large braai mushrooms

 

Stuffing 

Method

1. Mix together all of the ingredients for the stuffing into a small mixing bowl with a spoon until combined. 

2. Spoon 1 tablespoon full of stuffing into each mushroom and spread evenly. 

3. Bake at 200°C for 12-15minutes. 

4. Serve with some fresh lemon as the perfect flavour bomb.
