Ingredients

  • ½ purple baby cabbage, thinly sliced
  • ½ green baby cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 apple, julienne (0.5 x 0.5 cm)
  • 2 carrots, julienne (0.5 x 0.5 cm)
  • 2 tbsp Liviana® Extra Virgin Olive Oil 
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste 

Method

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and enjoy as the perfect side to a braai.
