Mixing bowl

Non-Stick pan

  • 2 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 2 tbsp almonds
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp Liviana® CBD-Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Liviana® CBD-Infused Honey
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • Liviana® CBD-infused Alfafa Blossom Honey
  • Liviana® Smooth Light Roast Peanut Butter
  • Medspresso™ CBD-Infused Coffee OR Medspresso™ CBD-Infused Rooibos Tea

  1. Place the flaxseeds, almonds and salt into a blender and blend until flour has formed.
  2. Add the flaxseed and almond flour to a mixing bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and combine with a spatula.
  3. Spoon 2 tablespoons of dough onto a non-stick pan over medium heat. Cook on one side until small bubbles appear and start to burst. Flip over onto the other side and cook for 1-2 minutes until the centre starts to bulge slightly. Remove from the heat.
  4. Enjoy as the perfect breakfast with Medspresso™ CBD-Infused Coffee or as delicious treat with your afternoon Medspresso™ CBD-Infused Rooibos Tea. Poaching liquid through a sieve to remove the spices and decanter into a jug. Enjoy as a hot comforting tea or let it cool down in the fridge to become a sweet apple-infused rooibos ice tea.
