Method

  1. Place the flaxseeds, almonds and salt into a blender and blend until flour has formed. 
  2. Add the flaxseed and almond flour to a mixing bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and combine with a spatula. 
  3. Spoon 2 tablespoons of dough onto a non-stick pan over medium heat. Cook on one side until small bubbles appear and start to burst. Flip over onto the other side and cook for 1-2 minutes until the centre starts to bulge slightly. Remove from the heat.
