Ingredients

Method

  1. Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until combined or use a stick blender. 
  2. Drizzle some Liviana® Extra Virgin Olive Oil onto a non-stick pan. Add the mixture to the pan and fry over a medium heat for 3-5 minutes. Do not stir or flip the omelette. If the top does not firm up, cover loosely with a large heat proof lid for a couple of minutes. 
  3. Gently flip onto a plate and add the grated cheese
  4. Enjoy!
