Ingredients

Method

1. Pre-heat oven to 200°C.

2. Place the beetroot, Liviana™ Alfafa Blossom Honey, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper into a mixing bowl. Mix with a wooden spoon until the beetroot is evenly covered. 

3. Place the beetroot onto a baking tray and spread out into one layer.

4. Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes until tender. Stir every 10 minutes. 

5. Place onto a serving dish. Garnish with micro greens and feta cheese. Garnish with micro greens, feta cheese, and a generous drizzle of Liviana™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil
