Honey Oleato

Ingredients
- 2 shots espresso
- 200 ml milk (dairy or any milk-alternative)
- 1 tsp Liviana® Honey
- 1 tsp Liviana® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Method
- Brew the espresso according to the packaging instructions (grounds or pods).
- Add the milk, Liviana® Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Liviana® Honey to the pitcher.
- Froth the milk to create a silky and sweet microfoam.
- Add the microfoamed milk to the espresso and enjoy as the perfect comfort drink. (Warning: this might taste too much like cake in a cup)
