Mediterranean Lemon and Herb Chicken

Ingredients
- 12 deboned chicken drumsticks
- 1 cup plain yoghurt
- 2 tbsps Liviana® Eureka Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp fresh herbs, finely chopped
- 4 Liviana® Black Garlic cloves, finely sliced
- 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Combine all the ingredients into a medium baking dish.
- Bake for 35 minutes at 190°C in an air fryer or 40 minutes at 200°C in an oven.
