Ingredients

  • 4 chicken drumsticks
  • 4 chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp Liviana® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Liviana® Honey
  • ¼ cup plain low-fat yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 tsp tumeric, ground
  • 1 tsp paprika, ground
  • 1 tsp wholegrain mustard
  • 1 tsp cumin, ground
  • 1 tsp coriander, ground
  • 5 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Add all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl and combine until the chicken is fully covered. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Set aside to marinade for at least 25 minutes.
  3. Place the marinaded chicken onto a baking tray in an airfryer for 30 minutes at 180°C (pre-heated oven for 35 minutes).
  4. Brush the excess marinade over the chicken every 10 minutes for the best results.
