Ingredients

  • ¾ cup plain yoghurt
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract 
  • 1 tsp Liviana® Wild Blossom Honey
  • 1 tsp psyllium husk
  • 2 strawberries
  • ¼ cup blueberries

Method

  1. Combine the yoghurt, vanilla extract, Liviana® Wild Blossom Honey and psyllium husk.
  2. Top it with some fresh summer berries and enjoy it as a breakfast, snack, or dessert.
