
Summer Berry Parfait

Ingredients
- ¾ cup plain yoghurt
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp Liviana® Wild Blossom Honey
- 1 tsp psyllium husk
- 2 strawberries
- ¼ cup blueberries
Method
- Combine the yoghurt, vanilla extract, Liviana® Wild Blossom Honey and psyllium husk.
- Top it with some fresh summer berries and enjoy it as a breakfast, snack, or dessert.
